Through their digital transformation initiatives, organizations are seeking to embrace new ways of working. This is causing a shift in the types of skill that are most valued. Although at one time it was most desirable to be a specialist, we're now seeing a growing demand for people who can adapt to a multitude of roles and technologies, who are keen to continually learn new skills and who can work collaboratively and communicate with various teams within different organizational departments.
